That doesnt mean beer in every case. Heres why we all have beer bellies...
Guys can only do 2 things effectivly, and theres 3 things.
1. Have a great job, work hard and make money
2. Work on relationships, hanging out with the family.
3. Working out and staying in shape.
The problem is, if the job is hard, either mentally or physically, theres always an outlet. Either beer, food, or other things. We work hard, and since we do, doing work outs are not really possible. And with all the nice food thats easily available for lunch, no exersize and bad food contribute more then beer.

The funny thing about american men and their beer bellies, is whenever I see one, he usually tries to look almost normal by tucking his shirt inside of his pants, which is definitely a no no. I always thought that when the stomach went out, the p...s went in. Does anybody know that to be true?

Seriously though, there comes a point in every adult life where the metabolism slows down, usually late 30's to early 40's. Without a serious effort to keep in shape and change eating habits, that lack of exercise and excess calorie intake will start turning into extra fat, usually on the torso.

Too much junk food! If you look at photos of Americans even through the 1980's they tend to be a lot more slim. The family is not as what it once was in the since of healthy dinners at the same time of the day.

in fact, in case you asked each guy in the U. S. you may locate that the greater desirable form of adult adult males neither like soccer or beer. PIzza? Heck ya! And take on the gamers, i think of that maximum of them are black. Or am I merely colour blind? to no longer be racist or something.

it's genetics. Males have a tendency to store excess fat there, while women get the large thighs and big rears.
