well if you actually follow the whole superman story the kryptonians did not have super powers like superman the reason that superman has superpowers is becuase he is on earth where there is a yellow sun not a red sun like his home planet had, although the kryptonians were a very intellegent and advanced race they were just an average groups of humanoids that lived on that particular planet and yes there were and are more powerful beings from other planets in the universe and i would have to say that yes there were probably people on the planet krypton that were stronger and faster then others just as there are on earth

I think I understand what you are saying. I think if you put a yellow sun to replace the red sun that Krypton had... there must have been someone or a few other kryptonians that might have been more powerful. Sort of like the people here on this Earth. How some people are more adept at athletics or have more stamina or are more muscular, etc. etc. Another example: A wheelchair bound Kryptonian (on Earth) person might not be able to beat Kal-El/Superman. It also might have been possible that Krypton had people with mutations that might have given them Superman's powers -plus additional powers under a yellow sun. Who knows. It would make an interesting comic story.

Back when there was a Phantom Zone full of super villains from Krypton, and a bottled city of Kandor full of ordinary citizens of Krypton, there were plenty of people who were supposedly stronger than Superman. I don't know if their superpowers were all at the same level or not, because they were never defined that clearly. (Now you know how to write super hero stories for comic books!)
There was a woman from Krypton who beat Superman up, but she used Kryptonian karate, oslt. Also, they would never have been friends, because she was a man hater who loved to torment and kill men. She would probably have fit right in with radical women's libbers.
PS, I always wondered why they didn't update the concept by making it the "pop-top can city of Kandor"....

I'm not sure if your question refers to Superman (DC) or Iron Man (Marvel). Prehaps you meant to say "Man of Steel?" (another name for Superman)
Regardless, no one on Earth has as many powers as Superman. On Krypton, Superman would be just an ordinary child. But when he landed on Earth, his composition reacted differently to our environment. Therefore, he was blessed with super-human abilities that the rest of us don't have.
If you were to visit another planet, you may exhibit different abilities as well. It's speculative at this point.
Good question.

It may be possible though. Now there's more powerful superheroes that are stronger than Superman in the modern-day world now.

On Krypton, everyone was different, just as here on earth. It was the differences between earth & krypton that gave superman his powers along with ours being a solar system with one sun.

To get into something as cheesy as superman, is... just... I don't know a word for it other than really really nerdy.
Well, I would say to that, probably.
