Girlfriend, you have no idea, how I can relate to that.
Well, maybe you do. Just let it out, and feel sorry for yourself. It will look less bleak tomorrow. If not, at least your head might be more clear to think of solutions.

Yeah, it's happens to the best of us. I believe the reason is, is because no one has lived our lives. I mean other people can say that they understand or have been through the something but no one goes through "everything" that someone else does. And sometimes life can through some mean curve balls. For example: the first week of August was awful for me. Actually July 30th my son fainted ( scared me to death! ) Aug. 1 I got laid off work, Aug. 3 someone stole my wallet ( $240.00, credit cards, banks cards, driver's license, etc. ) Aug 5 I got a flat tire. It just wasn't my week. Yeah, I was down and miserable. But then I thought 1) my son was OK... he just got hot running around outside 2) I can find a better job where my hard work will be appreciated 3) at least they toOK my wallet and not my life 4) I had a spare. Life can be hard at times and sometimes it's ok to feel sorry for ourselves and get those emotions out of our system so we can take a deep breath and move on.

There is a quote I always like to remember that says something like this.
I felt sorry for myself because I didn't have any shoes. Until I met a man that didn't have any feet.

Yes that does happen to me. It's ok to deal with your own emotions though and still be compassionate to others.
