medical question going unanswered? why & that do people need a lot of sleep if on depressants or that?

The reason I ask has someone not asked as to how they feel or why is the sleep so required to them> if on a high strenth mg dosage and are better why not reduce them etc we have one treiffic support system a score of plus or miss i you look at it! Not saying all Doctors push highly concentrate pills but once in system and better cut the strength down?

Some times people are depressed because they are not getting enough sleep. Be sure that you get at least 7 hours preferably 8 hours per night. Also, it depends on how severe the depression is. It may take several years before you can start reducing the dose. Talk with the doctor and find out why he/she is not reducing the dosage yet.

the medicine make the person to get sleep even after that physically he will be awake but mentally he will be sleeping so he may not be efficient to workand prone to accidents.
