Do the same thing as you have done in the past, are you trying to say that this is the first time you have run out of toilet tissue? You can always read the newspaper and then turn it into toilet paper.

Try a bunch of Kleenexes. Or hop in your car and drive to a gas station or restaurant with toilet paper (and then buy some from the store).

have you got any face tissues or paper towels?
newspaper can be used but it needs to be crumpled several times first.
if all else fails just go shower afterwards, soap and water.
