1) human hermaphrodites can't get pregnant nor get someone pregnant...they don't have complete sets of either male or female parts.
2)even if he/she could...the child is not necessarily a clone, because the genes can mix prior to the completion of meiosis or combine in different ways. thus, let's say that for one trait...it's determined by gene pair of A-B in the hermaphrodite...it's possible for A-A or B-B combinations.
another possible event is:
in the hermaphrodite, if u have trait 1 determined by A-B, trait 2 determined by C-D, and trait 3 determined by E-F all on the same chromosome. (i.e. trait 1 is next to trait 2, which is next to trait 3) so on one side of the DNA, the sequence is A, C, E and on the other side the sequence is B, D, F. genes in a chromosome might mix prior to meiosis, so after meiosis you could get 2 eggs/sperm with the sequence A, D, E and 2 with B, C, F for example.

No, based on the definition of clone:
noun: a group of genetically identical cells or organisms derived from a single cell or individual by some kind of asexual reproduction

There are no true human hermaphrodites. One of the sexual organs is non-functional. Also, cloning is not the same thing. An interesting, if strange, question.
