I just rented to someone on section 8 and I had to sign documentation stating that we were not related in anyway. This was in MA. Good Luck!

Renting your daughter is probably illegal in most states..... OHHHH, "rent TO her!... Never mind

NO It is illegal, this is a government program for people with low income why should you make money off of taxpayers money.

they say no,but if your last name is different from hers and she didn"t give them your name on her paper work in their office when she apply.be careful with that
