I have a really bad posture. When I just relax and stand still my shoulders drop and my back looks like ? a question mark. (not that bad but its close). How do I straighten out my posture and not sag my shoulders. Thanks.

A strong core is essential to good posture so try this exercise 3x a day. It is called the plank. Lay face down on the floor on your elbows and toes and lift your body off the floor in a straight line and hold for as long as possible. Throughout the rest of the day try to imagine a line running through your hips, shoulders, and ears keep these this line straight. Also keep your ab muscles tense throughout the day this will keep your upper body stable.
The first source Below contains a picture of the proper execution of the plank and the second is a good tool for improving your posture.
