Brady Quinn is as overrated as A-Rod or Brett Favre.
Meaning, they're not overrated, they're just in "funks". He'll come around, he's got Charlie Weis. Tom Brady isn't always perfect either.

Notre Dame is over rated they almost always are. You can't blame that on Quinn. It's the ND "mystique."
