£ = British Pounds Stirling
€ = Euro

It would be 549 pounds, England does not have the euros so. If you converted in into dollars it would be $1043.50. The conversion rate as of today is 1 US Dollar=0.52639 British Pound. Hope this helps :)

Its the symbol for the Euro which is the monetary system used in some European countries. The sign for the British pound is this £.

You mean this sign? £ it called the sterling.
For the rest of you the UK is a member of EU. But they don't have the EU currency in the UK still using the sterling ok
