replaced ink in printer and it still won't work what do i do. Help?

Using a epson stylux cx6400. Already did a head cleaning and nozzle check still nothing

ask a person that fixes computers if they could check your printer and replace your ink with a diffrent ink cartlidge

are you sure that you took the "scott tape" out?
