In the US, Southwest is constantly hiring employees due to there consitant growth. Frontier may be hiring. The legacies are in contraction mode. Jetblue is hiring, but do you want to work for a company thats on as shaky grounds as B6 is? Really, how much job security do you want? Because if you want job security at unprecedented rates, southwest is the best way to go, due to its $2billion plus cash reserves. They also pay fairly well for a LCC/LFC
