Congratulations on graduating. I am not sure if you were looking for specifically science field jobs nor do I know your discipline of study.
Have you tried pharmaceutical company's for research and development, marketing of medical instruments, help desk within a company, management of a department within a company? Have you tried the nutrition department?
I can not think of every one of the different departments but I do know that Biology is big if you think of it in the way of current events ie the spinach story.
Do not limit yourself to believing that you can only work in a biology department. Try different places.
The fact that you made it through college says that you have the knowledge and way withal to achieve and accomplish the mission of some company. Good luck

A few questions. When you decided to major in Biology what were your plans? Have you lost interest in those plans? What type of company or agency do you want to work? What area (state, city) do you want to work in? Have you thought about relocating? Did you do interns or gain experience in the field while in college?Ask yourself these questions to determine where you want to go (career wise) with your degree. I suggest you attend job fairs when available, consider teaching a biology or science class, or search online for jobs in your field. If the area you live in does not have a lot of jobs related to your field, consider looking for jobs in another state. Below is a link, It maybe helpful, may not but give it a shot and see what you come up with. Congratulations on graduating from college and good luck in your job search.

I had the same problem. I have a BA in Psychology and that is just as bad. Fortunately things worked out for me. If you are interested, someone I know with a BS in Biology got a job working at a zoo.

Go to the State and City Municipalities in your area. All cities use workers in their waste water dept. and the state could probably have openings in their various health agencies.

You might want to contact your college career office and see if they can help you - they may be able to direct you to a head hunter or give you advice on what you would be able to do with your degree.

curiously so. I were violated for doing so. {shrug} convinced, I have allegedly replied a question without quite answering the question as in line with the subjective interpretation of the Yahoo community guidelines.
