Easy.
Mandate sex education and give out free contraception. That way, you shrink the number of abortions to an absolute minimum. Whether it is legal or not becomes moot.

If the numbers of support for legal abortion is that high, then there should be no opposition to overturning Roe v. Wade since doing so would return political control of the issue to the state legislatures. In Roe v. Wade the Supreme Dictators lied about the 14th amendment and in so doing they took away from all state legislatures the prerogative to regulate or even ban abortion. If and hopefully when it gets reversed, as it should be, then state legislatures can do whatever they want in regards to abortion. If more than 60% of Americans favor legalized abortion, then obviously most state legislatures in America will not ban it.

By doing exactly what the Republican party has been doing for a decade... they are creating so many legal stipulations on the clinics that many states now don't even have ONE abortion clinic.
They have also created such ridiculous criteria for the doctors in those clinics that many have to live out of state and fly in for their jobs.

60-70% of people don't think it should be legal. Where the heck do you make this stuff up at?
That is out of 1006 people, that is roughly hmmm
1006/300,000,000=.00033533% Yeah, good poll. That poll didn't even get a percent of the total population of America, heck it didn't even get a half of a half of a percent

The majority rule. That is what the founding fathers had in mind.
The majority do not believe in abortion on demand.

Where did you get that figure? I doubt those numbers are accurate.
I think most people are quiet about their opinions about that subject, and would hope that most people are not for baby killing.

Your number are innacurate according to the 2004 census numbers.
Your CNN numbers come from a CNN pole. CNN is a very liberal media station and you can assume that its viewers are too.
