Before Roe v Wade many states allowed for court ordered abortions for this very specific set of circumstances. A system for quick and condfidential judicial review for terminating these troubled pregancies would ensure the taking of human life has its day in court.

percentige wise, the number of rape related abortions are low. and those that kept the kid love them dearly. dont punish an innocent child for the actions of someone else.

You seem to be under the mistaken impression that every court everywhere in the US allowed the abortions to save the health of the mother and in the cases of incest and rape, and this is NOT true, so you're argument is not valid here. Thus it is you that is not using reason or logic to make your point because your point is being made based on faulty information, and it shows that you are ignorant of the whole truth of the situation. Being that those reasons are in a severe minority, its not the main issue. Even if it were, is a pregnancy resulting from rape really going to be corrected by killing an innocent baby? Is it the babies fault that the Father was a scumbag rapist? How is killing the baby solving anything? Does that mean a woman is not going to love her child because the Father was a bad person?
