U could go get circumcised, try some aloe vera gel on it or olive oil to soothe it.

Is your foreskin too tight/small and doesn't retract fully? It could be simply that you're being too rough and need lube. Or it could be the former, in which case you have phimosis.
If it's because your foreskin is too tight/small such that you can't retract it to fully expose the glans (penis head) then you can try stretching exercises, which resolves the problem in the majority of cases. Stretch the opening of your foreskin as far as it'll go without pain (like increasing its radius) for a few minutes each day. After a few weeks it should be large/loose enough to retract fully without pain, and sex will be very good. If this doesn't work there are prescription creams that're supposed to help. If that doesn't work there are still many other options other than circumcision, if that's what you don't want.

Try using lubrication, or a lubricated condom. your foreskin is getting irratated most likely.
