I am hating Pre-Cal right now because I suck at it. I went from one of the best students to the worst ever. I don't get factoring or radicals or any of that junk (it just doesn't stick in my mind), so I would really appreciate it if anyone could really help me. Thanks for the help!

My daughter loves anything to do with Math and has recently started helping her older brother with his college math class. She told him that the thing to remember about math is that it always builds on previous knowledge. So, even though pre-calc feels new to you, it is also using stuff you already know. If you can find out what you do know, maybe it would help you to begin to figure out the new stuff.

Otherwise, Amazon.com has Pre-Calculus Demystified, High School Pre-Calculus Tutor, and Calculus Workbook For Dummies. Many are available used for a very reasonable price.

How did you go into pre-calc withought knowing Factoring and Radicals??? The only advice I can give you is to siriously consider going back to Algebra II.

No offence meant, but check the bookstore and see if there is a Calculus for Dummies,or Idiot`s guide to Calculus.
These books are great, they simplify everything.
