Steroids can make pimples pop up and hair fall out. They can make guys grow breasts, cause livers to grow tumors and hearts to clog up. They can even send users on violent, angry rampages. In other words, steroids throw a body way out of whack.
Don't even try them.

You don't need steroids at 15. 27 years old maybe, 32 better, but not 15. Your body is already producing about 1,500 mg of test a week, if you took steroids you would have to take more than that for it to work and that would be nuts. Thats why unfortunately you need to wait till your body slows down to choose to do them. sorry lifes not fair. HOWEVER:

I have an idea, try working out 5 days a week, do a split routine working out arms one day, 5 exercises 3 sets of 10 reps, then do triceps and bench another day, then back, then legs, then shoulders. then chill for the weekend and hit on women.

Make sure you consume 3,000 or more calories a day. The ratios of those calories should be 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fat. Proportion those out into 6 meals so each meal does seem so big.

If you do that for say 3 years you will see yourself looking like a bodybuilder. Do it for 6 years and you will see a bodybuild when you look in the mirror. It takes time and consistency, its doesn't happen in a 30 second sound bite, sorry.

Aloha From Down Unda!
Of course NOT!
If you are serious about building muscles, you would not limit your exercise to less than half the week, but instead, DAILY! Yer body doesn't work 'part time', inspite of your brain (in)activity. Insure your diet is rich in plenty of fruit, vegatables & fish, poultry & meat.
So far it sounds like the only muscle that really needs developement is the one between the ears! Steriods indeed! A small dose of whipass should be used. From where do these kockamamy ideas polute the mind?

I used to live with a body builder he went from a skinny weedy bloke to very muscley he worked out daily and ate protein food constantly throughout the day and night (even waking at 3am to eat some more) now he said he never used steroids but I have my doubts as he had a small penis and was unable to have an erection he didnt get the mood swings however this is also possible on steroids plus many other health problems.

You say you work out 3+ times per week and only for 3 months - how quickly do you think muscles come up? You need to work out like this constantly with 3 times being the minimum per week if you are really serious work out at least 5 times per week - see a nutritionalist and learn the foods you need to eat and when and stay off the illegal drugs that will only get you kicked out of most sporting events but will also stuff up your health.

Bad idea man. Steriods are a terrible thing. I read an article in Sports Illustrated about a football community that had three graduates commit suicide within a few years of their graduation. The autopsies stated that each player used steriods, and psychiatrists that they had visited said that the steriods brought on depression which caused their concurring suicides. Just eat right and hit the gym in safe doses, you'll bulk up.

No, I would not use steriods. Your to young to use them. If you do and get muscle then you end up with stretch marks. Keep working out and eating good. Steriods are not good for your mind they can get you into alot of trouble. If you get a boost you will only fall harder like any drug that is abussed. My friend use to do them turned him into a outsider and girls thought he was a freak.

Nah, go with pressing more weights, heavier in shorter repetitions, and doing protein shakes and other nutritious food supplements if you're seeking bulk. Steroids aren't worth screwing up you chemistry, personality, and sex life, especially since your body is still developing and you're apt to have your own natural testosterone kick in. Besides, once you stop taking them, all that bulk will turn to fat. Man breasts at 20... not a pretty picture, eh?

Hit the gym! Steroids are attractive but dangerous. Their use will get you in trouble in both short and long terms of usage. Do you want to trade short term satisfaction for taking years off your life? Heart attacks and other issues are related to steroid use. Just say no and be patient with your self.

Steroids are bad and stupid. And you're only 15. If you want muscles, go do something, work.

2 months sound like nothing.
