For starters, it would be easier to take you serious if you were to call his "ball sack" a scrotum like it is called. Secondly, why in the world would he want to do that. Nature has intended his scrotum to be close to his body when it's cold to keep the sperm at a certain temperature and further away from his body to keep the sperm at a cooler temperature so the heat won't kill the sperm. I would also take you more seriously if you were asking as a wife to your husband as opposed to you being a girlfriend to your boyfriend. I am quite sure that you and he won't be together 6 months to a year from now. Good luck anyway!

the best thing for him to do is take a hot shower you take it with him and massage the sack and pull out ward and down for at least 3-4 weeks and you will see it strech the longer you massage and the harder you pull it will start to strech

One useful thought is to put a bungee cord around it attached to a door knob and then run quickly to the other side of the room. the more you do that the more it will get enlarged. Let us know if that was helpful.
