what i mean is, i have windows xp. and i have an my name "John." and then my brother's and dad's and so forth. and as i click on my name, i enter my own windows thing. will the web history and past sites visited be under everyone's name if i looked at the sites on mine? i used crap cleaner, the deleting thing. will that be good and no one will be able to look at the past visited sites right?

Yes, no and maybe. The default setting is the each person has their own history, temp files, etc. under their ID. But it can be set to share them if an admin wants to do that. Most people would have no clue how to do it, so it is most likely everyone has there own. Easy way to tell, look in your history and see if there are sites you have not been to - somebody else's stuff.

if two users using the same user name ( that menas you don't have to click on your own name to use the PC) then history will be the same and available. If you don't use PC under your own user name, then Windows woun't know that user has changed

No, your history will not appear on other people's accounts, even if you don't delete your history.
