how about taking your friends to the movies and then you can all go out to dinner together.
or..
just have a couple of good friends over and order some pizza and get lots of ben & jerry!
or..
go shopping! take some friends and hit the mall have your mom or dad drop you off and then have them pick you and your friends up at the end of the day. you dont even have to buy that much stuff you can just have fun checking out the guys and making a lot of 'you had to be there' moments'

i love the rain also especially if it is warm hope it rains for ya . as to your question . wake up at like 8:00 take hot shower get really nice and clean put on favorite clothes run and tell mom and dad how much you love them big hugs and kisses there tell you brother and sisters same dog cat . gold fish listen to some good music really loud do a dance or two go outside look around see things like you have never before visit friends put arms around them say thanks for being there . call grandparents tell them you love them also aunt uncles cousins have an ice cream cone dance some more way too much to list have a good one

How about go hiking in the hills, or go to the beach, maybe... canoe or kayak on a river? Or go exploring a cave? Or climb as mountain?
Or hire a helicopter or small plane, and fly around?
Or go skate boarding or roller skating somewhere?

I think if you don't want to have a big party then get a couple of friends and go out! or if you like to spend time with your family go with them!

Go to a day spa get your hair nails and toe nails done get your teethe cleaned go to dinner buy a new outfit and go out to the have a slumber party.

go to beach ,on a hike you could ask people over to do Charity work help feed the homeless for the day you get a bigger present than any material thing

I went to a large mall with a friend and spent the day there, for my 16th. Other years, I spent my birthdays with friends at amusement parks.

Just have a few friends over, get some dvd's & have fun.
Do something silly like going to Chuck E Cheese.
