alligator , squirrel , bull-frog legs , groung-hog , turtle (soft-shelled snapper ) ,deer , wild-hog ,elk , buffalo ,calamari (squid) ,rabbit , Thinking about going to San Antonio , Fl.to the rattlesnake fest . to try rattlesnake , heard it tastes like chicken .

octopus, squid, snails, caribou, white tailed deer, rabbit, ruffed grouse, goose, bear, moose, woodcock, duck.
Not too exotic, but some might think so.... bear and grouse are my favorite I ate alot of bear when I lived at a hunting camp yummy!

I have eaten every thing on your list except rattlesnake, squirrel and elk. I have also eaten duck, pheasant, quail, antelope, goat, buffalo (American Bison), and bear.

I ate a porcupine and a gopher snake on a survival trip.
The snake tasted good, but the porcupine tasted like pine pitch. Horrible!
