Well you should change your diet and increase the intensity of your exercize, and add weight-training and maybe yoga if you aren't doing that already. Drink more water, make sure you're eating a healthy, balanced diet, cut out caloric beverages (beer, juice, soda).

I don't know what to tell you about your acne.

Take one thing at a time -- everything did not happen at once and it all will not be taken care of in a moments time. Make a plan regarding your diet and cut out all of the extras (reward yourself once a week -- a small dessert or something). Keep exercising. Get some medication from a dermatologist for your acne. Check out the otc meds for the toe nail fungus -- sometimes it does not work and you need to get something from your regular doctor.

And keep in mind there is more to life -- taking care of yourself is not a 24/7 thing -- you can do all of the above and still have time to do constructive stuff in your life. Best wishes.

I have days like that when I feel particularly ugly and everything is wrong with me. It will pass. In the meantime, you need to get on a diet and exercise program that can be monitored for you, like Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig. Adult acne can be cured, but it does take time. See a dermatologist. A foot doctor can take care of the toenail fungus with either an oral prescription or some salve. Try to concentrate on your good attributes, like your hair, your eyes, your personality. Like the old song goes, "accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative." There is no one among us who is perfect all the time. Even Brittney has her bad days. It comes with the territory of living. Relax and deal with these issues one at a time, or if you can handle it, concurrently. They are not insoluble problems even though it may seem that way now. Good luck! It will get better.

It sounds like you need to love yourself for the person you are inside before you try to love the outside because if your not happy with one then you aren't the other. If you love yourself in the inside then you will realize how good of a person you are and that it does not matter. Someone loves you for who you are. believe me I was in the same predicament a while back and I just learned to except it and I am happier than ever. I know it may sound like a lot of crap but it is true.

Also for the acne thing. I use this product called arbonne and for the past 8 months I have not had a sign of acne. It works great it is like an 7 or 8 step process and you use it once in the morning and once in the evening before bed. It is not for acne it is just a face cleaning product but I would recommend it.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

Get grip!!! You're working on the weight so keep it up! Keep excerising and watch your calorie intake. Weight Watchers is a gem. Acne-see a dermatoligist. They have great prescription medication that can heal it. And the nail fungus, well, thank God it's almost winter because that takes a few months to heal so just wear shoes and boots for now. Soak it nightly in listerine. Stop stressing! It causes weight gain and acne, and your imune system suffers too. Count your blessings! Change what you can and leave the rest up to God~!

Adult acne is not all that uncommon. Try washing your face with mild soap and water, avoid using any harsh creams or chemicals on your face, and either use water-based makeup or none at all. If nothing seems to help, visit a dermatologist.
You might have to have an antibiotic cream to get rid of the fungus, and launder all your socks separately in hot water to avoid passing it to someone else. Have a pair of slippers just for you, don't share footwear with anyone and don't go around barefoot until it's healed.

It sounds like you need a complete physical check-up. Has your sugar level ever been high? There are skin conditions that look like acne but are something else.

I found a treatment for toenail fungus and fungus on other body parts that worked for me: 2 drops oil of oregano, 2 drops tea tree oil, and 1 drop grapefruit seed extract in olive oil to make a tsp of mixture. But see your doctor and check this with him/her.

The weight problem causes would be your internist,, and the fungus and acne would be a dermatologist. If you don't know one, your internist could refer you.

Have patience with yourself, but do also be firm in taking care of yourself.

sorry that you feel so bad. have you talked to your dr. about possibly getting on an antideppresant? it doesn't have to be long term but it might help get you started on the right path. also think about all the positive things in your life and the fact that you have two legs in which to exercise with and the abundance of food because you are actually able to have food to eat and not starving like to death like others in the world.
