It is a scar just like any other that you might have. It will never disappear completely. When you get a piercing, the skin is either removed (if you get pierced with a hollow needle,) or displaced ( if you get pierced with a gun.) Either way, there isn't enough skin left in that spot to completely re-fill the hole. If you are really bothered by it, you could try laser scar removal...or why not just re-pierce your ear? It will look the same as it does now, but at least you'd have options.

get your ear pierced right beside the scar & use an earring.
get a funky earlobe tattoo
wear a clip on
grow your hair long
honestly, the only person who notices it is probably just you. so do what it takes so it doesn't bother you

clip-ons, repiercing, makeup, or repierce it then as you let the hole grow up, make sure its not infected and clean, and its not that bad to have it like that, everyone thinks they're pierced!!!
its a scar so you might put palmers butter stuff that decreses stretch marks or a scar cream to help
