ok i saw 1 kid. hes at a restaurant.he goes to the bathroom but on the way there is a HOT waitress and he accidentally rubs his backside of the hand on her butt. he noticed and the waitress didnt respond. he went back from the bathroom and did it again on purpose and they both liked it! lol i love this story. is it ok for them to get this way? i thinkk so, the poor kid and puberty and the hormones. :-( who is with me.

Well the good people of this country get shocked by stupid innocent things (remember the story of the 5 year old boy who got expelled from school for kissing a little girl his age?). The boy is learning and is curious about the opposite sex. Nothing wrong with that. Now, the waittress as a grown woman, or older girl should know better than to go any further than that. If it stays at what you saw it's fine.

Ah the service industry. My 2 year old nephew pinched the waitress on the butt, she just turned around and looked sternly at my brother. His dad. I think 2 is young to have these feelings. We still chuckle about it though. The waitress had a look on her face that u needed a camera for. She actually thought my brother did pinch her. u had to be there.

If she is 16, permitting and/or encouraging this conduct from a 12 year old. Depending on the state, she can be arrested for endangering the welfare of a child.
If she protest and he continues, he can be charged as a juvenile delinquent.

properly i imagine that it truly is tremendous that he's going for the older women. lol!!!
