well since I had to do it last year,, my hot water heaterd went out and before I could get it fixed I had a date,, and I HAD to shower and take care of some things,, giggle,,
mostly you just get in and think about hot things,, and move as fast as possible. and have a very very warm heater going for when you get out.

if you arenot geneticly used to it...then like everything else...
slowly!...every time you get a shower let it be more colder..
example:
first time : 20c
2nd: 19
3rd 18
4 time : 18
5 time : 17
...and so on.....
and the most important thing..get mentaly ready for it !
...
by the way cold water is not that good for the body..

I couldnt tell ya unless its in the summer time. I dont see how people can jump in and swim around when the water is "frozen?"
Guess u would just JUMP in it and then get out?

well you get deployed to Iraq to do convoys... you are at balad air base... you have no choice either take a shower or go to sleep smelling like nasty ***... what do you do? GET OVER IT!!!... jump in wash your party patches and get out
