I, too, have been quite pleased with the chiropractic care I have received. My chiropractor does light massage before manipulating the spine. It's one of the things he learned from his father, who was also a chiropractor.

Cervical chiropractic is a gentler approach. I has it's place, but for me personally it doesn't have the long term results that full spinal manipulation has. It all comes Down to personal preference.

I have been a chiropractic patient for two years. At the time I started, I was having migraines twice a week, my skin was terrible, I felt tired all the time, and I was just generally unwell. It's done wonders in improving all of those conditions.
