THE MAJORITY LEADER IS HEAD OF THE SENATE. THERE IS 'NO PRESIDENT' OF THE SENATE. THE VICE PRESIDENT SITS IN ATTENDANCE AND CASTS A DECIDING VOTE IF THERE IS A TIE. I BELIEVE THIS IS THE WAY IT IS, BUT I COULD BE WRONG. REGARDLESS, THEY ARE ALL 'OVERPAID' AND HAVE EGO'S SO LARGE THEY HAVEN'T FOUND A WORD TO DESCRIBE IT YET..
