trying using cuticle oil a few times a day also before going to bed put the cuticle oil on your cuticles and applying alot of lotion and putting on gloves before u go to bed

#1 not picking at them. I have had a bad habit of doing that since I was a teen...there are some good cuticle creams on the market. Also use an orange stick to regularly gently push the cuticles back in a sweeping motion and not directly into the cuticle...try never to make the cuticle jagged. Good luck!
If they are sore, put some Neosporin on them...

Use Burts Bees cuticle cream. you can find it at walgreens, HEB, Sun Harvest, and burtsbees.com
