If the battery is charged and it still beeps, then you have turned on the minute minder feature. This make the phone beep once a minute to help you keep track of how long your phone call is getting. Hope this helps.

Your phone may have been dying. I suggest getting onto the charger as quickly as possible. Cell phones only beep when the battery is close to death.

It could be your battery needs charging, it could be an incoming call, I had a phone that had a 30 second alert, so I could keep track of how long I was talking.
