They are usually going on totally false info when they talk trash about Bush and the war. They don't do research, they don't think about it, they just think the way the media tells them to. Pathetic.

I agree with some liberal views, but generally there is not enough supporting information. And why would I read popular Mechanics?

It's funny to see the liberals having a spazz attack because I might have said something against them, while the conservatives are kinda like, oh, whatever, maybe this is why. You left wing people need to chill the freak out.

Unfortunatly, guys, most of the media is very anti-bush. Us conservatives kinda have it hard trying to work the truth out of all the media BS. thirdeyeblind is the only one of you who has said anything intelligent so far. He didn't just start foaming at the mouth when someone said liberal views might be wrong.

j/k, guys. i dont think that liberals or conservatives are more violent or angry than the other. I've tried to stay fairly neutral in this whole bush/iraq/saddam thing that's going on. I just want it to be over. I plan on doing this same thing only challenging conservatives on a different account. This little test definitaly told me something about everyone though. Thanks, GRANNY and Thirdeyeblind.

"Well, there you go again." By the way that was a quote from the father of the modern fascist movement, Ronny Ray-gun. Now, let me see, where should I start? I know, lets recall Bush's last press conference in which he feebly admitted there did not exist in Iraq at the time we invaded those conditions which led us to attack them in the first place. Remember? No weapons of mass destruction? Now he's baiting Iran over Nukes when there is not even one shred of evidence that Iran is any where near having the capability of developing nuclear weapons. But, what they do have is oil, and lots of it, which Bush and his boss Cheney want with all their greedy little hearts and even smaller brains. And of course we could go on and on, but it is a useless exercise. You republican zombies never win the debates anyway. You only get elected by fear mongering. If we don't currently have an enemy you Conservative retros will invent one.

So yesterday the death toll from the war was equal to the people killed during 9/11. So here we are faced with this HUGE problem that the democrats and republicans cant figure out. Liberals however wonder where the money is? Where is Iraq's money now that their govt is gone. What is going to become of tomrrow. (by the way im registered republican lol and a feminist)

Conservatives get angry just as often. I'm sure that most of us don't mind when we are disagreed with as long as it's done with respect and logic. Liberals aren't the only one's who rely on media to prove their point. Plenty of conservatives do too. It's amazing that you don't seem to know this. You should keep a record of some kind that will show both sides. In my view, it's pretty much even. I'm sure that you have some degree of intelligence but calling someone stupid because they disagree isn't .

A fifty-three-page report, obtained by The New Yorker, written by Major General Antonio M. Taguba and not meant for public release, was completed in late February. Its conclusions about the institutional failures of the Army prison system were devastating. Specifically, Taguba found that between October and December of 2003 there were numerous instances of “sadistic, blatant, and wanton criminal abuses” at Abu Ghraib. This systematic and illegal abuse of detainees, Taguba reported, was perpetrated by soldiers of the 372nd Military Police Company, and also by members of the American intelligence community. (The 372nd was attached to the 320th M.P. Battalion, which reported to Karpinski’s brigade headquarters.) Taguba’s report listed some of the wrongdoing:
Breaking chemical lights and pouring the phosphoric liquid on detainees; pouring cold water on naked detainees; beating detainees with a broom handle and a chair; threatening male detainees with rape; allowing a military police guard to stitch the wound of a detainee who was injured after being slammed against the wall in his cell; sodomizing a detainee with a chemical light and perhaps a broom stick, and using military working dogs to frighten and intimidate detainees with threats of attack, and in one instance actually biting a detainee.

None of what you said is the truth, far from the truth. It is you that is Pathetic, I do not watch any TV or read and news print, it is all Conservative bias. You should read more and become informed on issues. Also FOX news and Rush are not the best source of the truth in the world. Try PBS Radio. Have you read any Chomsky?

I know that Bush believed we could go into Iraq and that the people would think of us as liberators. I know that he thought it would be an easy mission and that we would be in and out but look how many lives the war has taken and think about how long it is going to take us to rebuild and get out of Iraq. I criticize what he has said because statements came out of his mouth.

I can just say that this is a two way streak. Many conservatives on these postings just spout their opinion and put a "?" after it. So, it just turns into a shouting match. Stupid. OK (here's my jab), stupid like Bush.

Gee, why does anyone get angry when people point out that their thoughts on anything are stupid?
Why do conservatives get angry when people point out that their thoughts on the war and Bush are stupid?
Why do pro-choicers get angry when people point out that their thoughts on abortion are stupid? How about pro-lifers?
Hey, why are you getting angry just because I'm pointing out that your thoughts are stupid?
