I'm a late boomer and only like 5'2". I'm expected to grow maybe 10 more inches. How much sleep do I need to make sure I get those inches. I drink lots of milk and eat lots of cereal. I often have fool dinners. Eat school lunch, but I have to leave the house at like 6:30 for school so I miss breakfast.

You have to have 8 hours of sleep at the most or the least. It isn't only about the food.

8 hrs of sleep....sometimes we cannot blame if our bone structure is up to that size only...maybe you can go back with your genealogy....try to look closely maybe that height is really found in your genes....I hope you'll grow taller...t.c.
