im doing a report on a newspaper and i got stuck with fashion [whats in now] 4 kids and preteens and teens

What is in style you ask? I honestly think that its very hard to keep up with all the trends, unless you are very weathly !
I think if you get "key" pieces, that aren't going to cost you the bank you are going to look cute no matter what. But you gotta remeber its all about being you. So what is actually in style?
Plaid, capes are very huge for fall, the miltary look is a huge hit for things such as coats and pants, as well as animal print, and if you really want to stop traffic I suggest wearing colored or patterned tights or leggings. Have fun and remeber don't do all of what is "in style" all at once, it will say I am trying to hard, remeber less is more!

Cute, pink, fuffy, preppy + pastels are in style for kids. The victorian look, velvet, vests, preppy + pastels are in style for teens + preteens. Have a look around in your local area, see what everyone else is wearing, write it down (if it looks hot) and have a look in a couple of magazines for some ideas.

okay well the new trend of this month at least is the headbands everyone seems to wearing. the silky kind with some patterns on them. also legings and denim mini skirts are cute but i personally dont like them. also polka dots are reallly in now and i love them!

okay well, the layered look is sooo in.... v neck tops with lace layered cami's on the bottom, skinny jeans are really hot, and go great with flats.
torsoe long shirts with tytes underneath shorts.

leggings+ miniskirts, skinny jeans, ballet flats, stripes, skulls, polka dots, bermuda shorts, layering shirts, patterned headbands, the military look, the pirate look, the retro look.

bermuda shorts.. very adorable.
Hollister.. great choice.. they ahve nice fitted clothes that are very sexy!
also.. giving flavor to your own style is very smart. Making clothes you own is cute.
