No they could be used as often as needed but you really should just get on the regular pill if you are not wanting to get pregnant.

not true - if you don't believe me call a pharmacy and ask them..who ever told you that was lieing to try to discourage you from using it instead of regular birth control. and you should use regular birth control. the morning after should be used as an - emergency.
