Amazingly trite, maybe. Sounds like teenie-bopper emo nonsense to me. That movie was about as boring as watching paint dry, too. None of those descriptions in that quote accurately convey the definition of crazy. Maybe the definition of narcissistic and self-absorbed, but that's about it. And Winona Ryder can't act her way out of a paper bag.

Sorry, I don't agree. Being crazy doesn't fit any of the descriptions you gave. A crazy person is accustomed to doing outlandish, bizarre, and unacceptable actions that society frowns upon.

The added explanation to your question is a normal vein to explore.
