you ladies know what i'm talking about- that bulge right under the belly button and right above the hips. how do you get rid of it? or at least make it smaller. it makes me so self-concious when i wear tight clothes!!! any diets, excersizes, i'll do anything! thanks

buy a stability ball or while laying on the floor hold onto someone's ankles, put you legs together up in the air and have that someone push your legs down. The point is to keep your back on the floor while keeping your legs from going all the way down. do 2-3 sets of 15

One way to prevent is... after taking your meals avoid sitting right away...have some brisk walking during weekends...Eat when you're only hungry...t.c.
