I guess I'd just start with google and wikipedia. Try Harappa and Mohenjo-daro, or else Indus Valley Civilization. For China, try North China Plain or Han Civilization.

Not sure you're going to find everything you want, especially for the Indus Valley. There are excavations there, but I don't think much is known about the civilization. Both sites were apparently abandoned for no known reason. Some believe it was climate change.

With the North China Plain, you should do better. Chinese civilization goes way back, and most importantly, there are written dynastic records. And because of that, more is known about ancient China.
