I've always had a since that he liked me cuz when ever i entered the P.E. Lockerroom he was sorta stare then look away .He hated me for no reason in like 8th grade but 2 years latr in 10th grade he seems cool with me and trys to create small talk what does that sound like. And one time i think kinda almost thinkhe toched my but but i dont no if it was on purpose or not please tell me what this sounds like.

Pick up on the small talk and expand that. You start the small talk sometimes too. Smile a lot and become a "pal" before you try to go any farther. You'll be able to tell as the small talk gets thicker and more personal.
In 8th grade, he was afraid. Now he's getting braver. Make it easy for him but go slow and be careful.....

It may be that he has a crush or interest in you. Take him aside, tell him you are gay. You shouldnt tell him you are interested, just tell him that you wanted to come out to someone and you trusted him. See what happens! Good Luck, sweetie!
