i don't live in texas but i just googled to find the county clerk's office.

the county clerk of each county in the u.s. keeps the real estate records. you go to the county clerk and you do a search there. if you dont know how, the county clerk can usually help. you will need basic information, such as property address or name of record owner prior to the foreclosure to do the search.


and also a real estate agent with MLS service should be able to help

See if perhaps Harris County Texas has a website in which their recorded real estate documents are online. A Google search for "Harris County Texas public records" should yield something.
