let me see you have bass and drums. lead singer doesn't count.You need a really good lead. This set up works great if your good. keyboards are nice for fills. you might try rhythm guitarist that can sing. Key is everyone sings do count one one person for vocals.
i have had a few three peace bands that rocked. sometimes the fewer the better unless your a big band leader.
