ya'll i'm so torn. i lie this boy at school, but he doent even notice me. there's this other boy who likes me and he's really nice but i want to be w/ the other boy! what should i do?

I guess you either ask the one you like out or wait. As for the other person, there will always be people like that in your life.
If you consider the other person as "settling" or where you don't care for them, you don't have to do anything.
Sometimes going out with the boy who is nice doesn't seem exciting, but sometimes you'll learn something from the experience or it could even teach you some reasons on why you wouldn't want to date someone like that so that the next time another nice boy comes around, you can say to yourself you've already traveled down that path.

talk to the guy you like. Get to know him, find out if you actually like him.
And get to know the guy who likes you, you might get to like him more than the other guy. It's possible!
