I would keep my distance and not do anything. I think you have to think how you would feel if you were going out with this guy and you found out some girl had gone up to him and said i like you,or i love you.
Ive had this happen to me. I started going out with a guy and his ex - girlfriend kept trying to get back with him. She even dropped a letter off saying how she felt about him. I was not amused and felt slighlty paranoid that he would go back with her, he didnt but it still upset me.
I would keep my distance and see how his relationship pans out. If you tell him how you feel he may start cheating on his girlfriend with you, however being the other women loses its lustre after a while and if he breaks up with her to be with you, how can you ever be sure that he would not do the same to you or if he would go back to her.
Its basically a waiting game, you never know you may find someone else you like who is freely able to be with you.

Find a new guy b/c you dont want to be a homewrecker. Now if later on they break up WITHOUT your help then go comfort him but untill then look the other direction. If its ment to be then it will happen but if not then Mr. Right will come along on another road

Give it time. If this is not the boy for you, you'll find another one who catches your eye soon enough. I'm a believer (as unreligious as I am) that something bigger than ourselves is at work here. No matter what you think now, he might not be the one hand-picked for you. And one day you'll be thankful you didn't waste your time with him! If he is, he'll be yours one day. Have confidence in yourself and focus on future goals during this time.

Are you friends? Be his friend. Show him how wonderful you are as a person through friendship but always be sexy enough to attract him. Be confident, outgoing, and plain ol' wonderful and if they break up you'll be right there to pick up the pieces. Just don't end up as the rebound chic!!!

well do u want him?? if u do and cant get over him i suggest just hanging around, have fun ( guys love girls who can have fun) , if you guys are pretty young he'll be over her or she'll be over him soon enough and chances are u will be the one next on the list.
however if you are trying to get over him go on a doubledate with a guy thats hot and your friends(the boy u like and his gf) u might even find that the guy u take on a date is way better anyway!.
hope i helped
have fun

Leave him alone and respect that he has a girlfriend. Find a guy who isn't seeing one... and maybe later down the road the first guy will be single again.

You surely know what to do, honey. You just have to walk away. If he leaves his girlfriend and go with you, he surely will do the same to you too.
