Yes, he is doing an updated remake of sorts of Pee Wee's Playhouse. I saw him on Letterman's show a few weeks ago talking about it. At this point all he has is the script, but he says that a lot of the crazy characters that you only saw inside the playhouse will now be seen outside the playhouse. Just quoting him, sounds like he is taking the show on the road or something.

It is only announced and there is only one cast member (Reubens) so far...
Just because they're planning it, doesn't mean it will see light of day anytime soon.

gee that weirdo is still trying to act? he did "You don't know Jack" and that got cancelled because people diddnt like him as host.
