Clean the counter tops, faucets, remote controls, dishes ,door handles, telephones, all with antibacterial soap or Lysol spray. Wash everyones hands alot or use hand sanitizer. Keep kleenex on hand for sneezes that spray germs and snotty nose. Change towels and pillow cases every day. Use bleach when you do the laundry of everyone. Keep the sick person in bed and separate from the healthy people. Open windows and air house out or change air filter and keep inside temperature at 78 degrees. This will prevent airborne bacteria from landing on objects and growing to infect another person.

Anything and everything. Clean the bathroom. Is this a child? Wash his stuffed animals/sheets/blankets in hot water. Clean hands, clean hands, clean hands. I can't stress that enough. Wash the dishes the sick person uses in hot water. Hot water is key.

Anything that goes in their mouths, don't let them share mouthed toys or drinks/bites off same food. Set up a sick room apart and any kiddo coming down with it, put them in there, wash their hands over and over, and staffs. It's hard to keep them from sharing the germs.

wash veggies with vinegar in cold water, kills viruses and bugs--or rinse under hot water for 10 sec. and then cold
