Steve Austin went to the moon only in the fictional TV drama series The Six Million Dollar Man.
So, you're basing a UFO story on something that's fictional to begin with.

The 2nd man to walk on the moon was Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin - Apollo 11 - July 1969. I don't think he ever reported seeing a UFO.
Frank Borman claimed to have photographed a UFO from Gemini 7 in 1965.
Neil Armstrong (the 1st man to set foot on the moon) apparently reported seeing 2 UFOs after Apollo 11 landed on the moon in 1969.
UFO means Unidentified Flying Object. That covers a whole lot of territory. Unidentified does NOT mean the craft are aliens or from another planet, although such craft, if they existed, would fall under the heading until they chose to Identify themselves.
