i hava a 60 gb ipod and it has stoped playing my movies,music videos and tv shows. son as i plugged it into my computer it stopped. can i please get some help. i just want to watch movies.

it is not damaged it is only about 3 months old. i am mad as ever. it isnot frozen

it sounds like you deleted the playlists. I think you should call an apple store for some technical assist.. Good luck

oh no, your ipod must've got damaged from the inside,
u should take it to the ipod store so they could fix it for u, or give u anew one, i dont think they'll charge u

something similar happened to myne too.... i called apple technical support and they told me to "Restore" my ipod. There is something on itunes that you can click to do this. It will also delete everything on your ipod to restore it to factory settings.

if it froze u will have to press menu and play/stop or play/stop and black middle button or mene middle button
