though your question is gramatically incorrect, the reason is that the scabs are annoying because they stick out further then the rest of the skin on your body, so whenever you touch that part of yourself, you feel the scab. Since it's an abnormal feeling, you want to get rid of it, so you scratch it.

I've read that people do this because the scab itches as it shrinks up and dries. The itching is a mild form of pain and the individual reacts by scratching it.
