Don't read the presentation, it makes it boring. Keep from being monotone and keep your eyes on the audience. If it is a long presentation and you are trying to teach your audience something incorporate a hands on activity to involve them. This will keep their attention and make learning more presentation that much more interesting.

The presenter's appearance, confidence, DELIVERY and factual basis for information.
TURN OFF: poor appearance, unsure about information, reading instead of presenting information from knowledge, opinionated regurgitation of bull ****.

Voice inflection, as opposed to just reading it in monotone. Act like you have some interest in your subject.

I like to see confidence, humor, and knowledge.
You should know your material well and be able to convey it simply in basic language and do it without taking yourself too seriously. If you can smile and make me laugh while doing it, that's excellent!

eye contact-- because you'll capture your audience's attention speak loudly--so they can hear your point
