use resin sticks from Mohawk finishing supplies they come with instructions and you can learn more on line

if the veneer is bubbled, first get glue into the area either by blowing it in with air or drill tiny hole and inject with a needle then heat the bubbled area with a clothes iron to get it laid smooth then place a board over it and clamp it over night.
