I have a netgear rangemax. I have an option to see attached items to it, like all computer getting internet off mine. What can I do with the Mac address and ip address of each person? Since its going through my router, can i like hack them?

You can't legally hack them. You really can't do much with those IP and MAC addresses. The IP addresses are private IP addresses so there is no record of where they are located. As a practical matter, they are generally with 200 - 300 feet of your router.

If you don't want anyone to use your wireless connection, enable WPA encryption on your router and all of your wireless PCs.

Well if they are stealing your bandwidth, it seems appropriate to see if they were stupid enough to leave file printer sharing enabled! You could print some inappropriate pictures as a reminder that there are risks with stealing bandwidth.
